El Dorado Springs man faces sodomy, armed criminal action charges

EL DORADO SPRINGS, Mo. — A man from El Dorado Springs has been charged with first-degree sodomy and armed criminal action in Cedar County Circuit Court.

According to online court dockets filed on Tuesday, May 6, Davis Long, born 1989, is charged with two counts of felony first-degree sodomy and two counts of felony armed criminal action.
The felony complaint says that the incidents occurred in or around February of 2020 and May of 2020. Long allegedly used the assistance and aid of a deadly weapon to have deviate sexual intercourse with a victim by the use of forcible compulsion.
Long has been booked in the Cedar County Jail without bond. He's due in court for a hearing on Tuesday afternoon, May 6.
