Missing Polk County girl found safe, reunited with father

UPDATE 12:09 P.M. — The Polk County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) says 11-year-old Kaylee Westpfahl has been found safe and sound, and is reunited with her father.

Polk County Sheriff Danny Morrison says the sheriff's office is continuing to investigate the incident.

HUMANSVILLE, Mo. — The Polk County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) has issued an endangered person advisory and is searching for a missing 11-year-old.

According to a press release from the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), 11-year-old Kaylee Westpfahl went missing from 700 S. Bolivar Rd. in Humansville at around 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 22, 2024.

MSHP says Westpfahl's father and his fiancé, 28-year-old Casey Dupin, got into an argument. Dupin left on foot with the child.

Westpfahl is about five feet tall, weighs around 75 pounds, has blond hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt under an unknown color hoodie and blue jeans.

Dupin is around five feet, three inches tall, weighs about 180 pounds, has brown hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing black shorts.

Anyone who sees Dupin or Westpfahl or has information regarding their whereabouts is asked to contact 911 or call PCSO at 417-777-3911.
