PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. — A Pulaski County man has been charged following reports of alleged child sex crimes.

According to online court dockets, Danny McAbee, of Crocker, has been charged with two counts of first-degree child molestation, two counts of statutory sodomy or attempt — person less than 12 years old and two counts of sexual misconduct involving a child under 15.
The probable cause statement says the two victims were given separate forensic interviews on Tuesday, June 10, where they told of McAbee molesting them in a travel trailer.
One victim stated that McAbee referred to the time as "play time," the statement says.
McAbee spoke to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, July 1, following the allegations against him. He denied the reports after a Miranda Warning, saying he would protect the victims if "anyone who might attempt to do such things."
McAbee is currently in the Pulaski County Jail with a $250,000 bond.
