Results: Longmeadow Select Board preliminary election
LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WWLP) - Voters in Longmeadow went to the polls on Tuesday to narrow the field of candidates running for the town Select Board.
There were five candidates on Tuesday's ballot: Mark Gold, Dan Zwirko, Maury Garrett Jr., Shelly Maynard-DeWolf, and Salvatore Anzalotti III. The top four will now move on to the town election on June 3.
Below is a list of the following results:
- Dan Zwirko: 27%
- Shelly Maynard-DeWolf: 23%
- Mark Gold: 21%
- Maury Garrett Jr.: 19%
- Salvatore Anzalotti III: 9%
There are two seats on the Select Board up for grabs on June 3rd, as well as contested races for the School Committee.
