Saucy, a KFC spinoff restaurant, opening first location in Florida: What will it serve?

ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) – KFC is opening the first location of its brand new dining concept — Saucy — in Orlando, Florida.
The restaurant, which is bathed in neon hues of pink and orange, opens to the public on Monday, Dec. 23.
Unlike KFC, the menu at Saucy will stick mainly to boneless chicken tenders and the sauces designed to complement them. And speaking of those sauces, there will be 11 of them — running the gamut from "sweet, spicy, savory and smoky" — which can be ordered individually or by the "flight." Additional, limited-time sauces will also make appearances on the menu.
“With Saucy, we’ve taken KFC’s famous Original Recipe® and amplified it with a brand-new concept that lets consumers play with flavor," Christophe Poirier, KFC's chief new concept officer, said in a statement included in a press release. "You can pick a combo, choose a flight of sauces or, my personal favorite, mix sauces and sides to create your perfect meal."
There will also be 11 beverages available to order — 11 being a "playful nod" to the 11 herbs and spices that KFC uses in its secret recipe.
Side orders will include crinkle cut fries, Hawaiian rolls and coleslaw, while desserts will include chocolate mousse cake and key lime cake.
A representative for Saucy was not immediately available to reveal when or where any additional Saucy locations would open. The press release, however, teased that customers can "expect to see more, soon."
Saucy, meanwhile, is one of several spinoff restaurant concepts to debut in recent years. Flip'd, by IHOP, was intended to serve on-the-go eaters with a pared-down menu and limited seating, though the restaurants closed only a few years later. McDonald's, however, is still operating its CosMc's concept — which is focused more on customizable beverages — with a test location in Illinois and five more in Texas.
