Two more tornadoes confirmed from Tuesday's storms

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Mo. — The National Weather Service (NWS) says storm surveys have found evidence of two additional tornadoes from Tuesday, April 29's storms.
According to the NWS, one EF-1 tornado touched down near Freistatt, and one EF-0 tornado touched down near Marionville, both in Lawrence County.
The Freistatt tornado began at 8:55 a.m. 3 miles south of Freistatt near County Rd. 1090 and County Rd. 2210. The tornado had a path length of 4.18 miles, a width of 100 yards, and maximum wind speeds of 90 miles per hour, according to the NWS survey.

The Fresitatt tornado uprooted many trees and damaged many large limbs. Other damage included the roofs of outbuildings, including a turkey barn and a residence.
At the Freistatt tornado's peak intensity, the tornado destroyed a small outbuilding, uprooted many trees, downed powerlines and threw tin well downwind. The tornado ended at 9 a.m., the NWS survey says.
The Marionville tornado began at 9:09 a.m. near the Lawrence County and Stone County line along County Rd. 2210, around 2 miles west of Bradfield.
According to the NWS survey, the Marionville tornado had a path length of 3.06 miles, a width of 50 yards, and maximum wind speeds of 80 miles per hour.

The NWS survey says the Marionville tornado mainly uprooted many large trees in a convergent pattern, resulting in some nearby structural damage.
The survey says the Marionville tornado ended at 9:12 a.m. along Hwy. 413 just south of the Stone County and Christian County line.
Including these tornadoes, NWS surveys indicate there was a total of four confirmed tornadoes from Tuesday's storms. One was reported near Nixa and one was reported between Verona and Aurora.
