The Census data shows the majority of people who left Missouri in 2023 moved to Kansas. Around 14%, or 18,573 people, who left the state went to the neighbors to the west.

On the other hand, no Missourians moved to New Hampshire, with the Census estimating that no one moved to the northeastern state.
