NEWTON COUNTY, Mo. — Charges are dismissed against a homeless man accused of making inappropriate contact with students in Seneca and threatening to shoot up the school.
Earlier today, the Newton County prosecutor dismissed charges against Brandin Willms, 18, after necessary witnesses failed to appear to testify.
Prosecutor William Lynch said it's possible charges could be refiled if those witnesses come forward again.
Willms had been charged with multiple counts including terrorist threats and harassment after a group of Seneca Junior High girls say he made inappropriate comments about one of their bodies and touched one of the girl's inner thighs.
The girls said Willms also threatened to "shoot up the school."
