Ex-county officer to enter plea agreement: Court records
A former St. Louis County Police Officer, who is accused of firing shots into the air during a school event, is expected to enter into a plea agreement next month.
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A former St. Louis County Police Officer, who is accused of firing shots into the air during a school event last year, is expected to enter into a plea agreement next month.
Matthew McCulloch was indicted last November on more than a dozen charges. He is accused of firing multiple shots at a Halloween-themed event held at North Kirkwood Middle School on Oct. 15, 2023.
The former police officer and son of the former St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch has been out on bail since January.
The trial on the felony charges was slated to begin next week but has been postponed since the news of the possible plea agreement.
The plea agreement is scheduled for Jan. 6.
