KSNF/KODE — Federal charges are now filed against a circus employee accused of filming his coworkers in a shower room.
Last month, the U.S. attorney's office filed charges of sexual exploitation of a child and having material containing child porn against Uriah Behl, 39.
The federal indictment remains sealed - but as a result of the federal charges, the Jasper County prosecutor's office dropped its case against Behl.
Jasper County deputies arrested Behl back in February after an employee of the Tarzan Zerbini Circus called saying they had found a cell phone in the employee shower room.
Deputies say that phone recorded several employees and a juvenile in the shower.
Behl was transported from the Jasper County Jail into federal custody.
