Fire damages vacant building in south St. Louis
ST. LOUIS - A fire broke out at a vacant two-story apartment building overnight Monday morning in south St. Louis. The fire happened on South Grand Boulevard in Tower Grove East. Firefighters say the flames damaged the basement and first floor. There were no injuries reported.
