Free meals given out to storm damage victims at Springfield Red Cross
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Free meals are being given out on May 1 for those impacted by severe weather on April 29.
The Missouri Baptist Disaster Response team is continuing to set up a Quick Response Unit (QRU) food truck to serve meals to anyone in need.
The QRU food truck will be stationed at The American Red Cross on 1545 N West Bypass in Springfield.
Scheduled hand-out times are as follows:
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Dinner: 4:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.
