Jordan Valley Health set for six back-to-school events

SPRINGFIELD -- The community health center is set to host families this weekend to provide a variety of services as they head into a new school year.

Saturday Aug. 2, Jordan Valley Community Health Center will hold its "Back to School Block Party" at its location at 1720 W. Grand St. in Springfield. The event will have a number of health services families can access including dental screenings, immunizations, well child checks, sports physicals, and vision screenings. Those services will vary in cost. There will also be giveaways from several local businesses.

Over the next two weeks, this is the first of six events across the Ozarks where Jordan Valley Community Health Center will be providing these services.
