KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Just ahead of their Christmas Day game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Kansas City Chiefs released their new claymation short film “A Kingdom Christmas Story: Hail Merry."
In the short, Claymation versions of Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid, QB Patrick Mahomes, TE Travis Kelce, DT Chris Jones, RB Isiah Pacheco and other players help save Christmas by bringing a busy family together around a Chiefs game.
“The Claymation style elicits a nostalgic feeling, and we think many people will be able to relate to some of the family scenes that are featured in the short. We are all very proud of this original program and look forward to our fans enjoying a memorable Chiefs story on Christmas Eve," said Lara Krug, Chief Media and Marketing Officer.

At this last weekend's game against the Texans, the Chiefs unveiled a giant 13-foot-tall claymation Mahomes to help promote the new short film.
Fans can watch the Chiefs take on the Steelers on Wednesday at noon, streaming on Netflix.
