NOTICE TO: Respondent, Jorge Paulino Perez Flores; Maria Teresa Gutierrez has filed a petition alleging abandonment in regards to the minor child, D. Perez Gutierrez, and requesting that she be appointed as the legal guardian of the minor child. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you after attempted service of process failed and certified mail was returned. You are hereby ORDERED to appear in the Juvenile Court of Sumner County, Tennessee, located at 155 East Main Street, Gallatin, Tennessee on the 26th day of August, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. to personally answer the petition for guardianship referenced herein. The trial shall be held before the Honorable Alan Hickey, Magistrate for the Sumner County Juvenile Court. Failing to appear for the hearing on this date and time, without good cause, will result in the loss of your right to contest the petition. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other subsequently filed legal documents at the Sumner County Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office located at 155 East Main Street, Gallatin, Tennessee.
