Reeds Spring Band gifted trailer after previous one stolen

REEDS SPRING, Mo. — The Reeds Spring High School Marching Band starts its season with a brand new trailer after their previous one was stolen.

According to Director of Bands Josh Garoutte, their food trailer was taken from the Reeds Spring High School parking lot just after 2 a.m. on Friday, June 13. The trailer was last spotted going north from the high school, and school admin and SROs are combing through security footage.

No one was hurt, but all of the band’s food supplies — such as grills, griddles, propane, canopies and more — were in the stolen trailer, according to the post.

The old trailer has not been recovered, but over the last few months, the band received many donations to purchase a new one.

According to the Reeds Spring Wolf Pack Band's Facebook page, Rotary Club of Table Rock Lake donated funds for the trailer, and Transformed Wraps & Graphics did the designs.

The band also thanked other donors like M&H Outdoors for water jugs for the whole band, Old 76 Smokehouse for feeding the band, and Trinity Steele for donating a sound cart for equipment.
