SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Eastgate Avenue north of Kearney Street in northeast Springfield will be closed starting Monday, Sept. 15, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT).
MoDOT says Eastgate Avenue is closing for permit work from Sept. 15 to Oct. 13, with weather permitting.
No signed detours are planned, but access to businesses in that area will still be available through LaCompte Road.
