MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. - Authorities have tentatively identified human remains located near Creve Coeur Lake earlier this week as a woman reported missing for several months.
The Maryland Heights Police Department reports that the remains have tentatively been identified as Tammy Ann Pirrin, a 53-year-old woman from St. Louis City.
A billboard from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the last point of contact with Pirrin was Sept. 6, 2024.
Authorities learned of the skeletal remains Tuesday afternoon in an area between Mallard and Creve Coeur lakes.
Maryland Heights police say the identification of Pirrin is considered “tentative” until the St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed her identity.
Anyone with further information about Pirrin’s whereabouts over the past four months or anyone with information regarding her disappearance is asked to contact the Maryland Heights Police Department’s Bureau of Investigations at 314-298-7847.
