Springfield man arrested in connection with theft at Target

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WWLP) - A Springfield man with an active warrant was arrested in Connecticut on Tuesday.
The South Windsor Police Department states that 33-year-old Devahn M. Mattis of Springfield had charges stemming from a larceny investigation back in August at a Target on Buckland Hills Drive. It was determined that Mattis allegedly stole approximately $400 worth of merchandise.
On Tuesday at 2:05 p.m., Mattis was arrested. He was processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on May 21st.
