STRAFFORD, Mo. — Five people were injured in a partial building collapse just northeast of Springfield.
According to the Greene County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a structural accident where a framing crew was setting roof trusses onto a frame and the trusses collapsed on itself, falling into the building located on North Farm Road 197.
Several crew members were suspended in the air or on the roof and fell.
Several crew members sustained injuries and five members were sent to local hospitals.
The building inspector was notified and responded to the scene.
GCSO said they have no updates on the condition of the crew members.
