TEXAS COUNTY, Mo. — The Texas County Sheriff's Office is searching for a 71-year-old man who went missing on Thursday, August 21.
According to a Texas County Sheriff social media post, Luie Armstrong has been reported missing after leaving a residence on Highway 31, east of Success and just west of Paddy Creek Road.
The post says that Armstrong was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
Law enforcement says that Armstrong has dementia and may be confused.
