U-Haul offering 30 days of free storage in Springfield area due to storms

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- The U-Haul Company of Missouri is offering disaster relief for those in the Springfield metro area recovering from Tuesday's storms.
For 30 days, the company is letting residents use new self-storage and U-Box containers at three of their on-site moving and storage centers for free, based on availability.
"Access to dry and secure self-storage rooms and portable storage containers can be essential to communities recovering from natural disasters," said U-Haul in a statement.
These three storage centers are located at North Glenstone Avenue in Springfield, South Campbell Avenue in Springfield, and North Towne Center Drive in Ozark.
For more information about the disaster relief program or arranging storage services, U-Haul says you should contact your nearest participating storage center.
