Man wanted cutting incident in Downtown West
Investigators with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department have released a surveillance image of a vehicle driven by a suspect wanted for cutting a man last month in the city's Downtown West neighborhood.
ST. LOUIS – Investigators with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department have released a surveillance image of a vehicle driven by a suspect wanted for cutting a man last month in the city's Downtown West neighborhood.
According to a police spokesperson, the cutting happened around 11:45 a.m. on Nov. 29 at a park located at the intersection of North 14th and Market streets.
Police said the suspect cut a 42-year-old man during a fight. The suspect fled the area in a black Saturn Vue.
The suspect is described as a Black man, wearing red jogging pants, a white shirt, and a black jacket with an emblem on one of the sleeves. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information on the suspect’s whereabouts or the location of the vehicle is asked to contact police. Tipsters who wish to remain anonymous or are interested in a cash reward can call CrimeStoppers at 866-371-8477.
