Webster County man dies in car crash on Highway OO

WEBSTER COUNTY, Mo. — A Webster County man has died following a car crash on Saturday, July 26.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) crash report, a 57-year-old Marshfield man has died following a single-car crash around 3:45 p.m. on Highway OO, five miles west of Marshfield, on Saturday.

MSHP says the 57-year-old man was driving a 1998 Pontiac Firebird east when they traveled off the right side of the roadway. They returned to the road and then traveled off the right side of the road again, and then overturned.

The man was pronounced deceased on the scene. The next of kin has been notified.

This is the 66th fatality for MSHP Troop D in 2025.
