"Should anyone be short on cash for a gift, that they can feel free to come to one of our Little Lending Libraries and select a nice book or two and use that as a gift for their family," said Larry Hartman, Carthage Family Literacy Council. "Our business is getting books in children's hands, and that's just another way to get books in children's hands."
Some of the library locations include outside the Carthage Chamber, the Fair Acres Family YMCA, and Mark Twain Elementary.
