Missouri Lottery player wins $50,000 scratchers prize in Ash Grove
A Missouri player won a $50,000 top prize for the Crossword Plus scratchers game at Baumer's Texaco in Ash Grove, while over $9.3 million in prizes have been won so far with $6.3 million left unclaimed.

ASH GROVE, Mo. -- A player in Missouri won a $50,000 top prize for the Crossword Plus scratchers game while in Ash Grove, the Missouri Lottery says.
The individual purchased the winning ticket at Baumer's Texaco on 6107 State Highway O in Ash Grove. They redeemed the prize on July 8 at the Missouri Lottery's Springfield regional office.
To win the top prize of $50,000 for the $3 Crossword Plus game, players must match 11 words on a crossword puzzle with the 18 letters they receive on their ticket.
According to the Missouri Lottery, $9.3 million in prizes have been won so far, with $6.3 million left in unclaimed prizes. Lawrence County players also won over $4.9 million in the 2024 fiscal year.
