JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Former U.S. Senator Roy Blunt was inducted into the Hall of Famous Missourians Wednesday.
He represents the best of what it means to be a Missourian, the State Historical Society said during the ceremony.
Blunt says his biggest takeaway after being in public service for 50 years is working with colleagues on the other side of the aisle.
After retiring from the U.S. Senate in 2023, Blunt currently serves as the president of the State Historical Society of Missouri.
