Man dead after fatal shooting in south St. Louis
A man was fatally shot in the chest in south St. Louis on Monday evening, and police are investigating the incident.
ST. LOUIS - A man was left dead after a fatal shooting in south St. Louis Monday evening.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD), the shooting took place around 7:45 p.m. on the 3600 block of Minnesota Avenue in south St. Louis' Gravois Park neighborhood.
Upon arrival, police found a man on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The man was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
