BRANSON, Mo -- Barstool Sports and Bob Does Sports have announced the list of golfers competing in an invite-only golf tournament in August at Big Cedar Lodge.
Barstool Sports Founder Dave Portnoy posted on his social media accounts that the field is set for the "Internet Invitational" set to take place August 12-16. Portnoy says $1,000,000 in prize money will be up for grabs. The tournament will feature golf influencers, sports personalities, and other content creators.
Some notable names include former NFL Head Coach Jon Gruden, Paige Spiranic, and former PGA Pro Rick Shiels. Several personalities from the host brands, Bob Does Sports and Barstool Sports, will be there as well including Robby Berger, PFT, and Frankie Borelli.
There are several courses under the Big Cedar Lodge name, but there has been no confirmation of which course(s) will be part of the tournament. It's also unclear if the public will be able to attend.
