New Bud Light can features Missouri State University
Anheuser-Busch has released Bud Light cans featuring the Missouri State Bears logo in partnership with Missouri State University, Wil Fischer Companies, and local retailers.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Anheuser-Busch has released its newest college football-themed Bud Light cans featuring the Missouri State Bears.
Through a partnership between Missouri State University, Anheuser-Busch and Wil Fischer Companies, the can was released in Springfield last Wednesday. The can is sporting the MSU maroon color as well as the Bears logo.
"It's great for our entire community," said Joey Kiser, Vice President of Sales for Wil Fischer Companies. Wil Fischer Companies sells and distributes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the Midwest from many suppliers across the country.
With MSU about to feature five national games in its first season at the FBS level, Kiser said, "Since we played like an elite team, we should be treated like an elite team."
The effort to bring MSU onto the Bud Light brand started years ago, but there was concern about whether there would be enough buyers to support it. However, with MSU jumping into Conference USA, Wil Fischer committed to ordering 25,000 cases last October.
"The first person we delivered to was Art Hains," said Kiser. Hains was the voice of MSU football for 44 years before retiring last season.
You'll be able to find the cans at various Price Cutters, Hy-Vees, Walmart, and smaller venues like Billiards. They will also be at MSU games.
